Marathon Time Goal:
Just to FINISH!
Inspiration:
When I was in high school I was always really good at track, but I was a sprinter. I was even good enough to run for the varsity team since my freshman year. Then my junior year of high school I was in a car accident and I broke my back in four places. My recovery time was long and my physical therapy was short. That was almost four years ago and I still have not run sense. Thats until I signed up for the marathon of course :-). My friend who I love and admire Jes Czupryn inspired me to run for SCIS just because of how excited she was to be apart of the team. I am staying confident in this race even though this is the biggest physical challenge I have ever given myself. Even if it takes me 17 hours on my hands and knees, im going to finish this race for my team!!!!
