Reason for SCIS:
I am a graduate student at Northwestern University researching drug delivery systems to treat spinal cord injury. I’m running for SCIS because through my research I’ve seen the devastating impact it can have on society, and more importantly, on victims’ lives. I draw my motivation to run when my body tells me “no more” by thinking about how blessed I am to have the opportunity to run long distances. Everyone has the capability to make a difference in the world, please make your contribution by supporting SCIS. ☺
